Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Assistant Professor of Psychology, Harvard Medical School

About Me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing telehealth therapy for individuals in Massachusetts and Florida, and an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School.
My work sits at the intersection of three interconnected areas: individual psychotherapy, behavioral medicine for people living with chronic illness, and financial wellness coaching for those navigating the psychological dimensions of financial independence and retirement.
Everything I do is grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored to you.

My Services
I provide individual evidence-based psychotherapy services to adults, adolescents, and older adults. My work broadly falls into 3 main categories: Individual Therapy, Behavioral Medicine, and Financial Wellness.
Individual therapy offers a confidential space to understand patterns that may be contributing to distress and to develop evidence-based skills that support meaningful and lasting change. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to each person’s goals and values. Treatment may focus on concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions.
I have extensive training in Behavioral Medicine, a branch of psychology for with clients who have chronic illnesses, injuries, and diseases. My work focuses on improving both mental and physical well-being, both in short-term adjustment to new diagnoses and in long-term coping with chronic illness. In our work together, we will address psychological, biological, social, and structural factors that affect your overall mental and physical well-being.
I also specialize in Financial Wellness. I help individuals on the path to retirement and who have retired navigate the emotional and psychological impact of finances on their well-being. We will work together to develop strong coping skills, helpful habits, reduced financial anxiety, and stronger relationships. An integral component of this is to develop healthier thoughts and behaviors in relation to coping with financial stressors and finding meaning beyond income.
I provide affirmative care to individuals of all races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, cultures, and religions.
Areas of Expertise
My services fall into three areas, each grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches:
